Repayment

1. Locate the Loan: Before the maturity date, borrowers can find the "Repay" button next to the associated loan in the Wallets -> Liability (Borrower) tab.

2. Maturity Time: The exact maturity time is 00:00 on the maturity date plus one day, coordinated in UTC+0. For example, if the maturity date is January 30, 2025, the maturity time is 00:00 on January 31, 2025, UTC+0.

3. Initiate Repayment: Within 12 hours of the maturity time, the borrower should initiate the repayment process by clicking the "Repay" button. This will trigger two transactions to be signed:

   • Debt Transfer: The borrower transfers the full repayment amount (principal plus accrued interest) to the lender's wallet.

   • Collateral Return: The lender transfers the collateral back to the borrower's wallet.

4. Transaction Completion: Both transactions must be completed within 12 hours of the maturity time.

Monitoring Transfer Status

Both the borrower and lender can monitor the status of the repayment and collateral transfer transactions in the Transfers page.

Important Notes

• It is crucial for borrowers to initiate repayment within the 12-hour window after the maturity time to avoid potential penalties or complications.

• Both borrowers and lenders should actively monitor the transfer statuses to ensure the successful completion of the repayment process.

• The TSI system sends reminder notifications to borrowers to help them avoid overdue repayments.

• If any issues arise during the repayment process, users should contact TSI support for assistance.
