Instead of floating rates that reprice block by block, every TermMax market has a fixed rate and a fixed maturity. Known rate, known term, known risk. TermMax is live across Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Berachain, HyperEVM, Robinhood Chain and more, with leveraged fixed-rate positions, curated vaults for lenders, and TermPrime for institutional term financing. We are excited to launch the TermMax Booster Campaign in collaboration with Binance Wallet. As part of the Binance Booster program, this campaign will distribute 2,000,000 $TMX to participants who complete tasks. ## Campaign Details * Start: 17 August 2026, 07:00 UTC * End: 24 August 2026, 23:59 UTC * Entry: Binance Wallet App → Homepage Banner or Discover → Booster * Eligibility: Binance Keyless Wallet users with at least 2 Binance Alpha Points. Entering the campaign deducts 2 Alpha Points. * Campaign chain: BNB Chain * Reward token: $TMX, distribute at TGE ## Campaign Structure and Rewards The campaign has two independent parts with separate reward pools and separate reward mechanisms. You can join either or both. **Total reward pool: 2,000,000 $TMX** ### Part 1: Lucky Draw (1,700,000 $TMX) Five tasks covering social, learning and on-chain actions. These tasks need to be done on Binance Wallet.\ Complete all five to become eligible for the lucky draw. Completing only some of them does not qualify. 1. Not every participant who completes all five tasks will receive a reward, so please check the "Cap Winner Number" shown on the task page. ### Part 2: Binance Square (300,000 $TMX) Post about TermMax on Binance Square and compete for rewards across two campaign leaderboards: the Global Leaderboard and Chinese Leaderboard. * Posting period: 17 August 2026, 07:00 UTC \~ 21 August 2026, 23:59 UTC * Verification period: 24 August 2026, 03:00 UTC \~ 24 August 2026, 23:59 UTC * Total reward pool: 300,000 $TMX * Global Leaderboard: 150,000 $TMX * Chinese Leaderboard: 150,000 $TMX * Reward mechanism: equal split among leaderboard winners * Winner cap: Top 500 eligible creators from each leaderboard, up to 1,000 winners in total * Reward per winner: 300 $TMX Verification is required to receive rewards. Appearing on the leaderboard does not guarantee a payout, you must return to the campaign page and hit "Verify" to confirm eligibility. ## Step-by-Step Tutorial 1. Open the Binance Wallet App. 2. Tap the Homepage Banner or go to Discover → Booster. 3. Select TermMax Booster Campaign. 4. Review the tasks and complete them one by one (follow, repost, quiz, community, wallet connect). 5. After finishing each one, return to the campaign page and hit "Verify". 6. Once all five tasks are verified, you are entered into the lucky draw pool. 7. For the Binance Square task, publish your post during the posting period, then come back and verify during the verification period. ## FAQ #### **Q: What is TermMax?** A: TermMax is a fixed-rate borrowing/lending and options trading protocol. Lenders get a known yield for a known term, borrowers get a rate that cannot drift, and options traders can size a position knowing their cost of carry up front. It runs on Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Berachain, HyperEVM, Robinhood Chain and more. #### **Q: Who can join the campaign?** A: Anyone with a Binance Keyless Wallet and at least 2 Binance Alpha Points. Joining deducts 2 Alpha Points. #### Q: Are any countries or regions restricted? A: No regions are restricted by this campaign. Binance Wallet's own terms of service still apply. #### Q: How do rewards work? A: Each part has its own reward pool. The lucky draw pool is distributed to up to 80,000 winners. The Binance Square pool is split equally among 1,000 leaderboard winners. #### Q: Do I have to complete all five tasks for the lucky draw? A: Yes. All five must be completed and verified to enter the lucky draw. Partial completion does not qualify, and doing extra tasks does not increase your odds within this pool. #### Q: When will I receive rewards? A: Rewards are distributed and unlocked on the $TMX TGE day. #### Q: Is there a cap on participants? A: No. Everyone eligible can participate, but only 80,000 users can win from the lucky draw pool and only 1,000 from the Binance Square pool. #### Q: Do I need to hold $TMX or deposit funds to join? A: No. All tasks are free to complete and open to eligible Binance Keyless Wallet users.
